Connection to optiPoint via Callbridge Collection

For HiPath 500, 2000, and 3000

The maximum number of installations is limited only by the number of optiPoint telephones available. The required cables (USB/LAN) must be bought.

Connection with HiPath TAPI 120

HiPath 3000 via LIM

The maximum number of usable CTI clients using the LIM module is six. From the 7th client onwards connection to the HiPath 3000 is only possible via the HG 1500 board.

HiPath 3000 via HG 1500

The maximum number of usable CTI clients using the HG 1500 module is limited only by the BHCA values of the system. If the maximum number of six clients on TAPI 120 is exceeded, the CMD must be deployed with appropriate licenses. In this case a TAPI 120 license is needed for all CTI clients used.

HiPath 2000

The maximum number of usable CTI clients is limited only by the BHCA values of the system. If the maximum number of six clients on TAPI 120 is exceeded, the CMD must be deployed with appropriate licenses. In this case a TAPI 120 license is needed for all CTI clients used.
