Overview
The CallBridge Collection is a suite of specific CorNet TS TAPI Service Providers (CorNet TS TSPs) grouped as a small powerful middleware application that provides open interfaces to implement 1st Party Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).
For historical reasons CallBridge Collection consists of three different TAPI service provider:
- CallBridge TA,
- CallBridge TU,
- CallBridge IP
Beneath the communication platforms and devices of the current portfolio of Unify these TAPI Service Providers (TSP) support also older devices and platforms which have been replaced by new models, vesions or which have been phased out over the time.
Please Note:
Unify supports the functionality of CallBridge Collection in combination with communication systems and devices of the current Unify product portfolio, which are released within the actual technical release note of Callbride Collection.
Devices and communications platforms, which are no longer part of the Unify product portfolio are not blocked within the installation and administration of CallBridge Collection, but in case of problems of any kind Unify does not give any support. The same applies for the support of actual Microsoft Windows Operating systems in case that a specific constellation has been released only for an older version of the Operation system.

(2) Windows Vista/7 64 bit (>= V2 R3.0.0): CallBridge Collection supports Windows Vista/7 64 bit. But only, if the telephone is connected to one of following communication systems:
- HiPath 2000 ≥ V2
- HiPath 3000 ≥ V7
- HiPath 4000 ≥ V2
- HiPath OpenOffice EE/ME
If the telephone is connected to another communcation system, CallBridge Collection supports only Windows XP/Vista/7/2003 32 bit.
Requirements
HW / SW
- CallBridge TA
- A free COM port (COM1-COM16)
- A suitable V.24 cable for connecting the telephone to the computer
- 10 MB free memory on the hard disk
- CallBridge TU
- A free USB port
- A USB cable for connecting the telephone to the computer. For optiPoint 500/600 "USB cable with angled connector" (ref. no. S30267-Z360-A30) is recommended.
- 10 MB free memory on the hard disk
- CallBridge IP
- The computer and the corresponding IP telephone must be interconnected via LAN.
- 10 MB free memory on the hard disk
