optipoint 600
hello, I have a couple of problems related to a optiPoint 600 version 1.2/21. I would like to update it with most versions' recent (v. 2 type downloaded from Seba), but I've no idea how to do, I give you some indication? I wonder why I want to upgrade your phone. I happened to the phone, connected on a 3700 v.4 generate an error message of error history of the machine type "optiPoint Info Possible incompatibility between telephone and option. the machine is upgraded to release more 'recent (14,146 if I remember correctly).
Second, I do not understand why the display and programmable keys do not turn on the power supply while connected, the phone does the initial test, the display and the keys are turned on during these tests but then stand by, the keys do not turn on and even the display.
I know that the same phone model, in a HiPath 3350 v.4, works well and has always turned on the display while not having the power supply. Is this possible? thanks.
- Is ist connected as a TDM or a HFA phone? And if HFA: Supports your LAN Power over Ethernet?
