I've started to work in IT administration team in 2008 to administrate a Call Centre of about 50 person. Our company evolved to three separate branches with Siemens PBXes. Now I am the 1st line of support for these systems, and other 2 in other company, where we provide outsourced services.
Main concerns are: HFA networking, TAPI based Call Center system, TRX recording unit.
