With SW version 3 the phone can uniquely distinguish the user password from the admin password when a password is entered to disengage the phone lock.
In order to provide continuity of the existing behaviour for a User disengaging phone lock it was decided that the existing prompt would be dedicated to the User password entry since this is the normal case. A new password prompt is added for the Admin password which is presented when a new menu option of the phone locked prompt is selected.
The Admin password acts on the phone lock by simply unlocking the phone with no automatic access to the Admin menu.
