The following is a simple method of labeling the key fields on your system telephones.

Prerequisites

• Internet-Browser.
• Microsoft Word.
• Graphics-capable printer (e.g. ink-jet or laser), which is configured as the default printer.
  
  When printing disable the automatic scaling in the print dialog.

Print medium

Select your available print medium:

• Own paper
  
  • Für OpenScape Desk Phone CP, OpenStage, optiPoint und optiset E:
    Paper or card (up to 150 gsm) in A4 or letter size or bigger.
• Prepunched sheet
  • For OpenScape Desk Phone IP: Letter format labelling sheets (order number see list).
