Headsets
The Wiki of Unify contains information on clients and devices, communications systems and unified communications. - Unify GmbH & Co. KG is a Trademark Licensee of Siemens AG.
Please be informed that there are different categories of headsets: Corded, cordless (DECT) and Bluetooth. The best audio quality is provided when using corded headsets. Headset audio quality may be suffering when using other interfaces like DECT & Bluetooth.
It's generally recommended to use 8 poles connectors. Further headsets may be available from other vendors: the main key criteria is the full compliance with 121-TR9-5 (corded) or 121-TR9-5* (cordless) standards.
The following headsets are recommended for use as an accessory with OpenStage 40, OpenStage 60 and OpenStage 80 phones.
More information on how to use Bluetooth see OpenStage Bluetooth.
