The mass deployment capability which is also referred to as auto provisioning is mainly meant for administrators of enterprises.

This mechanism supports the following features:

  • Upgrade firmware automatically, if newer firmware is available on the TFTP server
  • Update configuration file automatically, if configuration updated on the the server
  • Check firmware and configuration periodically, upgrade if new firmware or configuration is available.
