ProCenter 7.0 Suggested Enhancements

The Silent Monitor feature introduced in 7.0 is useful, however, as a system administrator or contact center manager, it would be nice to be able to see more details about e-mails flagged for silent monitor.

Where can one find instructions for configuring LDAP lookups in ProCenter?
