Involved with the Siemens OpenScape field trials in the UK as a customer and provided feedback to siemens regarding system stability/changes. Deployed the OpenScape (now Unify) solution at current organisation too am quite fanatical about the system. Hoping to futher improve the platform by providing some questions/feedback to the wiki under the discussion areas.
