Please download the firmware. Follow the procedure to do the software upgrade for each phone device. For mass deployment read here.

Upgrade via Web page (TFTP)

  1. All files must put into proper TFTP server folder.
  2. Click "Utilities" > "Upgrade" to enter firmware upgrade process.
  3. Input TFTP Server Address and TFTP Download File Name.
  4. Press "Confirm" button to activate firmware upgrade process.
  5. Press "Restart Terminal".

Upgrade via Web page (HTTP)

  1. All files must put into proper folder in your local PC.
  2. Click "Utilities" > "Upgrade" to enter firmware upgrade process.
  3. Press "Browse" button to select the firmware file.
  4. Press "Confirm" button to activate firmware upgrade process.
  5. Press "Restart Terminal".
