Executive/Assistant Cockpit

EA Cockpit for OpenScape Desk Phone CP600

EA_Cockpit is implemented on the OpenScape Desk Phone CP600 phones via keys. The application is based on the known Boss-Secretary function of the OpenScape 4000.

The scenarios for a 1x1 are shown below. The configuration for larger scenarios is similar to the examples shown above.

Executive	Assistance

Standard assignment for an EA_Cockpit solution with n Executives and m Assistance:

Assistance [1..m]	DSS Key	Line monitoring for each Assistance
Immediate Ring	Send-URL	Sends all calls to the Executive
To Assistance	Send-URL	All calls are forwarded to the Assistance
To Voicemail	Send-URL	All calls are forwarded to Voicemail
To Mobile	Send-URL	All calls are forwarded to the mobile phone
To Tel. Nr.	Send URL	All calls are forwarded to a preset telephone number

Key assignment Assistance:

At desk	Send-URL	Assistance is part of the Assistance group
Off desk	Send-URL	Assistance is not part of the Assistance group
To deputy (all)	Send-URL	All calls are forwarded to the deputy
To deputy (only Ex.)	Send-URL	Only calls for the Executive are forwarded to the deputy
To Voicemail	Send-URL	All calls are forwarded to the Voicemail
To mobile	Send-URL	All calls are forwarded to the mobile phone
