USB = Universal Serial Bus
Explanation
USB master (A-type) |
USB slave (B-type) |
USB is a user friendly I/O-interface for connecting peripherals to your PC.
A distinction is made between
- USB 1.1 (transfer rate 12 mbit/sec)
- USB 2.0 (transfer rate 480 mbit/sec)
USB 2.0 devices are backward compatible (with slower transfer rate) with USB 1.1 devices.
An USB connection consists of a shielded cable and two unequal plugs: One for the master (A-type) and one for the client port (B-type).
Phones providing USB ports:
- OpenStage 60, OpenStage 80 (master)
- OpenStage 40 T (slave)
- OpenStage 60 T, OpenStage 80 T (master and slave) - not available yet
Erläuterung
USB Master (Typ A) |
USB Slave (Typ B) |
