For PDF files use following syntax: <docu type> <device name> <platform name>.pdf
Example: User Manual optiPoint 410 entry HiPath 3000.
Search for already used terms and re-use whose notation and sequence.
Try to avoid very short or long file names.
Don't use unusual abbreviations in file names.
For an official documentation with Order No. please note the number without the issue number (*) in the Summary field.
Example: A31003-X9999-X000-*-7619.

To view or search previously uploaded files go to the list of uploaded files, uploads and deletions are also logged in the upload log.
