== OpenScape Contact Center SDK DRAFT!!! ==

The Integration Connector facilitates quick and easy integration of CTI, Real-time and ACD functions in customer applications like customer relationship management (CRM) systems. It consists of a comprehensive interface library based on a platform independent abstraction layer, which allows deployments of even heterogeneous TC infrastructures in conjunction with a customer-specific CRM environment.

The interface library is provided as COM DLL/JAVA API. Thus, all languages in the .NET Framework, as well as C/C++, Visual Basic®, Delphi® and JAVA or any programming language for which a COM/JAVA implementation exists, can be used as development environment.

The Integration Connector is an integral part of the OpenScape Contact Center – Extensions suite hence a key building block in products like OpenScape Concierge (attendant console), AgentDesktop-Web (client application for contact center agents) etc. Further information about licensing can be requested from Unify sales offices or from Unify channel partners.
