CD = Call Deflection
Erläuterung
Die Anrufweiterleitung wird während eines eingehenden Anrufs aktiviert.
Dabei kann der Anruf automatisch an ein Standard-Anrufweiterleitungsziel oder an eine jeweils festzulegende Rufnummer weitergeleitet werden.
Operating sequences
Step 1 | Step 2 | Step 3 |
---|---|---|
B calls A, phone A rings |
A deflects call to C, phone C rings, phone A goes idle |
C goes off-hook, B talks to C |
If the connection between B and C cannot be established (Step 2), A gets a recall by B if applicable.
