PBX = Private Branch Exchange
Explanation
A telephone system, consisting of one ore more telephones or fax devices, connected with the public telephone network. Also known as telephone exchange or PABX.
Erläuterung
Engl. Bez. für eine Nebenstellenanlage, bestehend aus einer oder mehreren Teilnehmer-Endeinrichtungen (Telefone, Faxgeräte) die mit dem öffentlichen Netz verbunden ist. Wird auch als Telefonanlage, TK-Anlage oder PABX bezeichnet.
