Was born 1968 at Cherkassy, Ukraine. From 1976 to 1986 studied at school #9 (Cherkassy, Ukraine). From 1986 to 1993 studied at Odessa Telecommunications Academy. In 1993 started working carriere at Moldtelecom (Republic of Moldova) as engineer of telecommunications. Since 1993 till now I work and study in this field.
