Telecommunications Engineer with extensive knowled on VoIP networks and solutions. I am working for 10 years on VoIP Solutions where i have on Cisco ( TAC ) where i certified with a CCIE Voice, on Alcatel-Lucent where i implemented a IMS solution for a service provider, and i am currectly working for the biggest service provider in Portugal providing services to end costumers.
