MoH = Music on Hold
Explanation
The music (partial with announcements in several languages) hears a caller e.g. if it is held because of a consultation.
Erläuterung
Zu deutsch „Wartemelodie“ oder auch „Musik beim Halten“. Die Musik (teilweise mit Ansagen in verschiedenen Sprachen) hört ein Anrufer, wenn er z. B. wegen einer Rückfrage gehalten wird.
