The OpenScape DECT Phone S6 is a robust DECT cordless handset and the right companion for challenging environments. It is water and dust-protected in accordance with the IP65 standard. It is designed specifically for such environments, with its rubber-coated back for a firm grip and a Spot LED flashing for incoming calls.

The feature set is comparable to the OpenScape DECT Phone S6. It offers in addition:

  • Protection class IP65
  • Rubberized back for a better grip
  • Spot LED for incoming calls in the headarea of the phone, torch as second function
  • High-quality frame less illuminated keypad, easy to clean

Based on DECT-/GAP-/PN-CAP- standards, it implements the requirements of professional phone users and makes them available to the OpenScape- Cordless systems.

Tests at predecessor releases of the systems were not carried out. The use of the handset in earlier system-versions should be possible, but functional restrictions could not be absolutely excluded.
