I work for a mojor Government Agency and we have purchased the Openscape Contact Center V7.0 R3. In addition to many thing we are looking for the Primary Error Code descriptions and any and all literature related to the error logs. This would be a good start and is not appparent in the literature provided.Thanks Jonbralis
