EA Cockpit for OpenScape Desk Phone CP600

Preview: This page is under construction. The functionality shown here for the OpenScape Desk Phone CP600 will soon be available with the SIP software version V1 R4.

EA_Cockpit is implemented on the OpenScape Desk Phone CP600 phones via keys and an integrated application. The solution is based on the well-known CheSe function of the OpenScape 4000.

Example of a 2x2 configuration

The scenarios for a 2x2 are shown below. The assignment for larger expansion stages is analogous to the examples shown. The display of the KM600 is monochrome. The colours used serve to illustrate the individual key types.

Notes & Send URL Example Configurations

  • If you have an active CMP/DLS synchronization, please make sure that the SW version of the CP device in the DLS is greater than V1 R0 (V1R1, V1R2 etc..) Otherwise the DSS keys may not be synchronized correctly by the DLS.
  • The current CMP Cockpit default profile contains a shift key (key 8). If you have activated DLS synchronization, this Shift key is transferred with EVERY change in the CMP/EA Config. Any existing configuration for key 8 (e.g. send URL) is completely overwritten.
    Workaround: disable DLS synchronization
  • The Transport Protocol (HTTP/HTTPS) of the Send URL buttons and the cockpit application must be identical.
  • The I/O cockpit can be configured on the mobile device in the following ways:
    WBM/Local:' Admin-->System-->Registration
    DLS: IP Devices-->IP Phone Configuration-->Gateway/Server I/O Cockpit (requires at least DLS version V7R3.488.00)
  • The I/O cockpit can also be operated via HTTP. To do this, you must configure the server address http://<ServerIp>:<Port> (Usually the HTTP port is 7789)
